Today, I invite you to step into the personal odyssey behind OLiver Freeze Dried – a narrative that navigates through the peaks of a pandemic and the tranquil shores of Conception Harbour, leaving behind the cityscape of Toronto.

The move during a pandemic posed challenges especially to myself ., . it became a catalyst for innovation, Ive learned to master the art of virtual connections , and learning to appreciate the beauty of simplicity. Yet, each challenge was a lesson in resilience and a chance to uncover hidden strengths. With a dog , a hedgehog and a teenager, my husband Earon and myself (Tess in personal level or Maria the Business Owner) have discovered home in the unlikeliest of places.
